RE:Expected

RE:ExpectedRight on.  People were expecting the 2013 FS for over a year before it came out.  When if did finally came out it was a big disappointment.  Will the expected PEA be a repeat?

On another note, in their last PEA update they claim capex will be reduced by close to 1B???  How in the world is that going to be possible when construction costs have increased substantially over the last 5 years???  I have a contractor friend who told me in now costs about twice the amount to build a house compared to 10 years ago due to the massive increase in labour and material costs.  So how are CUU management cutting capex costs?  Doesn't seem to add up.  Something smells fishy with their estimates/ guestimates but longs over at the other board will ignore this and swallow anything management gives them LOL.
