RE:RE:A False Comparison

RE:RE:A False ComparisonMK, you are a bigger fool than I though if you believe Majors don't care about grades!  Grades are the ONE thing Majors do care about.  Why?  Because grades will mitigate the UNKNOWNs.  It will cushion the stream of positive cash flows of a mine during down cycles of lower metal prices which are inevitable in a mines life.  It will mitigate the unknown cost overruns and ballooning capex which are sure to occur in the construction phase of building the mine.

Sure a PEA may look good on the surface when metal prices are high but during a down cycle of metal prices a low grade mine may have  to mine its high grade ore to stay in business and just pay its bills.  This will exhaust its high grade reserves and alter its real NPV calculations.  Don't you think Majors are aware of this fact MK?  That's why a high grade deposit will command a much higher price than lower grade ones every time.

You don't think Teck knows the real value of SC?  They have all the numbers just as Cuu does so why haven't they made a move on it?  Why are they not paying for this PEA as they are the controlling JV partner?  The answer is all too obvious because to them it would be a total waste of money.  They don't need an independant PEA to make their decision as they already know SC true worth.  They don't need an independant PEA to attract another Major to the table.  All they need to do is make a production decision and other Majors will flock to make a deal with them and buyout Cuu's interest.  But they havn't done that.  Why?  The answer is obvious to all but the rose coloured pumpers on Agora! LMAO
