That is if he REALLY saw any potential in the other properties. 10 - 15M raised would greatly accelerate the timeline for the other projects.
Want to monetize VD? Then raise 15M NOW instead of drip drip financing that does really nothing. You want to get Teck to MOVE then raise a boatload now and show them you're not totally dependant on them to buyout SC! Here's something I learned when I worked as a sales manager for a large Co. once - BEGGARS do not get good offers period! You want to sell something and get top dollar - don't act like a beggar and desperate for a sale! The buyer will lowball you each and every time if he senses you are desperate to sell LOL. AND Cuu is desperate for a SALE LOL!
