News Out - Revised PP

News out today folks.  Pricing revised to .20 cents/sh and extended to Sept 8th for closing!   LOL what did I tell you!   NO takers at .25 cents even with a promised sale for SC by the end of year or early next.   NO ONE BELIEVES ES and this management anymore.  Yeap shares trading below .20 cents now.  Going down down down.   Regular ( paid ) pumpers like MK, Jimmy, etc.NOWHERE to be found!   Meanwhile management keeps hiking their own salaries and promotions all at the expense of the little shareholders.  Time to wake up bagholders.   LOL

Oh MY!!!!  I guess itz no surprise huh???  I love how they wait till the originl close date goes by then PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE a 20% drop in Private Placement price with that grusome 20% increase in new sharez!!!!  EWE!!!!   But WILL it be 20 centz or will they need ANOTHER repricing???!!!  All ready shares price are sinking below the new PP ... ON VOLUME!!!  ...more
