Clarification on timescales

For information I received clarification on timescales this morning this and am happy sharing it as I assume it must already be in the public domain. The goal is to have submission to FDA by Q3/Q4 of 2017. This would be after tertiary and pivotal trials are completed." Also commercialization will start in earnest Q1 2018.
