RE:RE:RE:Head Office address for sale?

Hi Ethanne,

Very often a head office will really just be a mailbox or even a directors personal home, that doesnt mean to say that the comapny doesnt have other offices say, in Canada its just that for preferential legal reasons its better to be headquatered in the US rather than Canada. If you look back probably a couple of years in the news releases you will find something about part of a reorg being to move the legal jurstiction in which the company operates to the US for tax purposes.
