They have until the end of August and I think we know that releasing the shares again probably isn't going to happen at the same time as FDA approval so from my perspective the longer they take (without going over 30th August) to submit the financials, the better. Gives them longer to advance commercial discussions and reduces the period to FDA approval giving the Shorters less opportunity to drive down any rise in the SP.
