So where's the evidence for your latest completely unfounded theory Cap - you think that because they are a couple of days late with an announcement that the world has fallen in - their history is littered with late events, the fact is that you have absolutely no clue about what is involved in getting to the point where the auditors will be prepared to endorse the figures and re-submit them - there is a damn sight more anectotal evidence for a delay in sorting things out, than there is for your theory.
