Lawsuit

LawsuitI applaud your conviction and foresight Above. Though I can't help but think it would cripple their cause. Imagine this...a spry young Canon medical salesperson pops into a local physicians office to pedal his newest device. Unbeknownst to him the doctors who operate in that particular facility were all railroaded by one corrupt, greedy, manipulative company whose sole purpose was to screw shareholders. I am assuming that some of the 4400 shareholders are in the medical field. You see, a lawsuit on such a young unestablished company would potentially be cripplingly. Why take that risk? IMO the only way we get screwed is if they do not get FDA approval or the product just doesn't sell...
