RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New ProposalMy preference would be for the alternative plan proposed by the restructuring group because that would more fairly represent the interest of all shareholders however fwiw if we MUST have this structure my preference would be for the warrants to be staggered at prices from $1 to $5 with annual expiry dates starting year 3 running to year 7, and for a 5% commission not based on manufacturers recommended price but on the net profit from the CSS.
