Stockholders Meeting

Hi,

I haven't received anything through the mail about voting. Lasr time I received a message and a ballot fhrough Fidelity. This time nothing. Since we can't contact anyone with the company and they don't answer their email I have no way of participating. Any ideas? Is this meeting going to be on line? Is there any way to participate?
