I don't think there is any further dilution yet as the shares had already been issued but just held in escrow but I'm pretty sure there will need to be further dilution to fund getting the device to market, the question in my mind is whether they are able to stagger the new issues so that not all are issued at stupidly low prices. Also need to see no warrants being issued as they always come back to stiffle any future increase in the sp.
