Wonder what's taking so long?

I really expected them to respond pretty well immediately once the suspension was lifted with another capital raise by issuing tens of millions more shares, I wonder what can be taking so long, unless they have been able to progress the remainder of the trials with the funds they have ( but I somehow doubt it ).
