To my absolute surprise, apparently the RTO is ongoing. I suppose the delay and confusion is par for the course with CVR. Hopefully, the RTO will go through at some point in the next several months.

Company Out Of Business - No More Operations

I spoke with their IR, can anyone confirm otherwise? Huge failure by managemnt, had a lot of capital and a lot of time with great partners, only themselves to blame.
