He obviously calls the shots up there pretending they are concerned about environment. Just look at Oilsands tv adds, all BS. Look how they have strung CVW along the past 6-7 years, all BS. I'm afraid until they are forced to fix problems they won't. My big fear as a long term shareholder is that Dubey will get fed up trying to get agreement.
