Its not technically cheaper than the offering if you count the value of warrants as a discount to offering price.

I have participated in the offering and happy to do so even at these levels. Have been following this company for a while. Lots of upside here and the IP is compelling.

Looking forward to Infrastructure spending coming out of Covid restrictions.
