honestly i'm kind of flabbergasted by this one...i guess that means the stock price will go at least 0.415 otherwise there's no point offering something higher then the market.....People were mad at sales team for not being prolific, that could be the carrot at the end of the stick....And they could be thousands of reasons that we don't know because we're no behind those doors. My point is : if they want to screw people up you don't do it in plain sight. There might be more than meet the eyes here
