RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Acquisition/s will comeMy opinion is that the acquisitions will be cash and no dilution. Thats why CVX is partly hoarding this $20.5 mil cash. The acquisition/s would also have to also be accretive Thats is, the revenues from this acquired company are ready to be included in the next financial reporting. However I am wondering if CVX would consider merging with a company? Or could merge with one while buying another all at the same time. There are many scenarios that could play out here.
