Cvx laying down a sub base would help greatly to improve those roads and increase their longevity, those be more cost effective in the long run. It is absolutely the answer. BUT THE ENGINEERS AND MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE INDIVIDUALS HAVE NO IDEA THIS PRODUCT EXISTS. So I mention that CVX management should put more effort into educating these people. And what happens? I get cra&$ed on because I sound negative. What a joke.
