It's not the first time this has happened and it certainly won't be the last time either.

You just have to let the storm pass.

Those who are really trapped are those who bought stocks on margin. The lucky ones who have cash can take advantage of the opportunities available to them.

The worst thing to do is panic and sell at a loss.
