Coco Paving

Coco PavingI just stumbled on this today.  Coco paving sold. GPL and GIP involved.  Coco paving is big in the Kent and Essex area and are doing a lot of 401 work. GPL trades on the TSE and is about $38 a share.  Could they do a takeover using shares and cash?  Anyone have any thoughts about that?
