Oh come on! We should be giving all our assets to this management team for all the great work they have done. Every share holder should have to give $200000 minimum to each management team member. They rock. This quarter will be like all other quarters. Stopped by Covid. Lol

That they do this following good results, that could be understood. But currently with the poor results obtained or with results that are long overdue, this news does not delight me at all.... On the other hand those 350K shares barely represent 0.26% of Cematrix shares.....It's not the end of the world.

looks like the B.O.D cried and whined about their stock going down so they gave themselves shares to dilutes their overall price with our money....
