Glad I was able to light a fire under Jeff, its a start. Next thing that Jeff needs to change is the wording used in these types of announcements. My goodness, simplify the language Jeff. Dumb it down and use the KISS approach.  For example, why do you say "contracts executed"? Executed??? ...you 'sign' a contract and then you 'complete' the contract. But if you
