Well said there Bushman precisely my thoughts And for this reason CVX should adapt poison pill but Lafarge and CvX are good buddies and Lafarge knows what kendricks holds at what price I don t think Lafarge will low ball CVX period!! So anything under $1.00 is a no no but we are still being very short sighted and not able to look long term on cellular cement technology and its future growth

TIME OUT!!!!!   Not once did I say they would come and buy it out below a buck or for pennies.  I used to own a company called Polaris.  The symbol was PLS. It was a gravel pit on Vancouver Island.  It was trading in the 25 cent to 35 cent range.  Then it started to move up around the 85 to $1.00 range in a very short time.  Then in no time at all a buyer came in at

Yes Vin we all know it's a potential take over target. But mentioning it now as a take over target without giving a target price also suggests potentially take over target at or around current price which I do not agree Lafarge will not go for it when his buddy kendricks has warrants with a strike price at .81c However I am all for it well above $1.00 and I am saying again WELL OVER!!

I for sure think it will come after the warrants expire.  If I were buying I would wait and see.  But those warrants expiry date is just around the corner.   Like 7-8 months away.  There is nothing to guarantee the price will go up to make it profitable to exercise the warrants.   All I am saying in conclusion is that I feel this company will eventually be taken over

Then somebody should.tell kendricks to adapt a poison pill unless CVX already.has it in place. Because if CVX is trying to built its own brand. Recently investing in Glavel which will become an acquisition and other 2.US companies it bought then I don't think Kendricks will let it go until he achives his milestone. I would have done that way. I am not working my A$$ off so that some other

My friend Glavel does not have to buy the glass. They probably pull it out from dumpsters across all US states There was an article about Europe vs US How glass is recycled. In EU glass is recycled above 85% in USA however its the reverse So any glass you find in the city dumpsters from wine bottles to broken window pieces can be utilized by Glovel.
