Buying Price I'm trying to decide whether to wait for a downturn, because I would rather not have anymore losses for the year due to these terrible market conditions. The thing is, this stock seems to be stablized currently around 80 cents and the negative market isn't having a huge effect on it. What i'm wondering is if the only reason it is holding 80 cents is because of the bad market conditions, and if conditions get even a little bit better then this will turn north. Every stock fluctuates though so I am wondering if I am being impatient, or could I be correct in assuming the dividend activation will push this stock higher. Based on their anual earnings alone does anyone know the calculation for a basic valution that doesn't include the dividend and other market factors?
