According to NR of August 26 they will issue 90 million units, which means the price per unit is CAD 0.09. The Warrants are at 0.15, and can only be exercised if current outstanding warrants, options or debentures are exercised, so it seems the point of these is to ensure that the consortium maintains 55% of the shares.
Since 90 million is to correspond to 55%, that would mean the total number of issued shares after the PP is finalized will be 163.3 million.
