What's going on with the stock price, stuck for years

Can anyone offer any insight into why this company isn't moving, considering all the good news about the operation, and the need for graphite in EV's etc?  Very frustrating.

basicly, just waiting for offtake agreements and proving it has the pounds available to feed a factory.  i'm very bullish on this one as well, every news update is a charm, just hoping they buy machinery with the 3.5 mil in cash so they can upgrade the production,  i think patience will pay off.
