David

As you know I’ve been a shareholder in Cymat Technologies for 12 long years, yes with many more downs then ups, and have seen many good people come and go at all levels. You have been an excellent President and COO and have moved this business along significantly in your short tenure with the company. Your departure is a great loss to shareholders and the company alike and will impact the progress made to date by you and your team. Most of us had a feeling, or probably more of a hope, that Cymat was finally moving on its growth segments which seemed to be opening up under your leadership and that we would all finally start to see some recurring revenue streams resulting from this work. Obviously Cymat has a much deeper issue at its core that the Board of Directors need to address immediately or this recurring cycle of leadership replacement will continue unchecked. All I can do now is wish you and your family all the best in your future endeavors and say thank you for all you have done for this company and its shareholders alike.

Regards Dave

The cycle continues and the tenure becomes shorter for a President of Cymat Technologies Ltd. Again another AGM goes by with shareholders not knowing that the President already knows he's giving his last corporate update, and that time is also running out for them too! At what time does the board of directors replace the common denominator, since 2000, Michael Liik?

Sept 2010 to Oct 2012 - David Fowler, President and Chief Operating Officer

May 2008 to August 2010 - Tim Hardman, President and Chief Operating Officer

June 2006 to April 2008 - Chris Skillen, President and Chief Operating Officer

October 2003 to May 2006 - Dr. Paul Tichauer, CEO and President

2000 to September 2003 - Michael Liik, CEO and President
