RE:RE:RE:Tesseract Structural Innovations / Uniform Deceleration UnitThe UDU potential for Cymat is huge but revenue and profit will depend upon the specific auto platform. There's a big difference between the number of Maserati's sold each year and the number of Ford F-150s. So, suppose the first vehcle to use the UDU has annual sales of 60,000. Assuming 2 UDUs per vehicle, you get sales of 120,000 UDUs. Assume a price of $80 per UDU to the automaker. Next, what's Cymat's share of the $80 US? I'll guess it's 50% but that might be too generous. Automakers will allow a 20% profit margin, so Cymat's net would be $8 per UDU. $8 * 120,000 = $960,000 of contributed profit which translates roughly to $0.02 US per share of earnings. At a P/E of 50 you get $1.00 US. The key is to break into the auto sector ato establish SAF as a viable automotive solution.
