Probably option to management. This deal sick from sharehold collusion. They sell share down to get chep equity. Maybe managment involve. If not - management can go to OSC - major shrehold not allowed to collusion. But manage seem not care at all; so 1 wonder. Why manage not more upset about share price? Why not say some word. They don't...for many year. CEO and CFO and board should be outrage - & doind everything for sharehold value. But no. Silent. Pretend stupid.Pretend la la la.
