Cymat - Share count (gone up - warrants being exercised??)
I may be wrong, but it looks like the share count has gone up recently. . The listed shares shows 55,388,611 , but the total shares (all classes - which include restricted shares) now shows 59,185,612 , which is an increase of 3,797,001. . . . . So, is the increase caused by warrants being exerceised under their recent warrant repricing and exercise program that noted the repricing of 3,859,862 warrants?? If so, it looks like Cymat got the money they were looking for, but why no news release??

Smoke and many mirrors with this mysterious company. Warrants must have been exercised - but no one knows and no news. Share count up - but no one knows - no news. Major auto and military deals must be close or done - but no one knows - no news. Result is a share price is a gift...for someone.

Good - thx. If this co. was in the states it would be at $5. - here co's don't say whats happening so low share price and few SH - they can issues options and wts. at stupid prices Goofy but true.
