If any investment is excellent - much opportunity for gain - why price low, volume low and price weak? Why huge offer? Who sells stock now - knowing what already disclose? Someone who know they can buy more share from company.
Because if institution buyers know financing coming - no need to buy retail and move share price to actual value. Maybe bonus warrant / sweetener. Why retail market not told? Why not disclose?
Well...share price is type of disclosure/clue what going on - but not right type.
Fpr CYM - see if no options/no financing/no toher deal and increase share price - if so - deal could still be straighjt.
Old gold deal: the more gold found and more to be be found - the lower share price; until major financing at dirt price....then stock striaght up.
