That last message was queued on my phone from before my other response and wasn't supposed to go out, lol.  Sorry about that.  In response to your oddly worded reply I have formulated this response:

My opinion on Shoppers applying to sell cannabis is that it should be really good for the licensed producers since I believe that they will be the only ones allowed to supply the Canadian market.  Allowing Shoppers to sell would also make the dispensaries more legit in my opinion, and when I think about how different it is from the MMPR program there is much that would need to change.  For example, the security is currently high from seed to delivery and now you are delivering to businesses that are not setup for it?  Hopefully these things all get cleared up in the task force report due next month.
