MJ stocks not moving

MJ stocks not movingOkay, the MJ stocks that I am holding are hardly moving at all.  The last time that this happened it preceeded a big move upward.  Something is up.  I wonder if legislation will get priced in soon.  We are nearing April and there must be something before June.  Perhaps we get another 420 announcement this year.  We are just about 1 month away :)
