The last article by C.Parry about the blockchain vs.crypto I do believe did have a reference to R . Forde as mentioned in a previous post . The rather quick closing of the private placement suggests to me that who ever invested was satisfied with the business plan  and was given information that we dont know yet since he purchased at that price compared to what the present stock price is .
