Why does this idiot bohemian keep harping on this CYX debacle . Well I ask myself that too "why do I care I bailed out and what does it matter" . But there is that inner voice and it becomes a matter of principle granted I use aggressive language at times and it just gets me angry because TSX Venture is just another cesspool of thievery and " here we go again " . If you mismanaged , stole , misapropriated large sum of money from one individual that individual would not hesitate to take legal action . However when that happens to many , many individuals ( investors ) the task of taking legal action becomes more difficult . Reading the CYX financials I see many discrepancies ( like 400k purchase of computer equipment that ends up being only 100 mining rigs that ends up mining only about 80K of crypto currency at the height of the BTC craze in late 2017 early 2018 ) . All IIROC can do is impose a ban on a CEO not to be involved in publicly traded company for ex amount of years to lifetime . Just saying Mr. Forde is in no hurry to notify the market and investors as to what course of action he is taking to remedy the present CTO ban and can just walk away . When a CTO is issued the recipient company is very prompt in responding to its investors and the market about the course of action it is taking to remedy the situation . JUST SAYING LADIES AND GENTLMEN !
