Good question!! Second iiroc halt in a year, wouldn't say that's a good thing. I'm just very confused as to why Derek came on board??? Like how does that make any sense?

Derek came on board to try to assess the company's technology assests and to find a buyer. The fact that Roger let this go to a CTO pretty much means that Derek was unable to fulfill that directive. I'm sure he's still trying, because without any $$$ in the bank, I would bet his compensation depends on it. But I don't look good in blue, so I'm not holding my breath.
