Ceapro may not be GG's highest priority. His linkedin page doesn't even mention Ceapro. https://touch.www.linkedin.com/?sessionid=2482643971080192#profile/49774464/name:MH63. He may have connections, but I can't help but wonder if the company would be better off if he stepped aside.

On the plus side, the Symrise financing is certainly a vote of confidence (assuming it is, in fact, arms length). I wonder if the facility will actually get built now. I have to admit I didn't hold out a lot of hope before Symrise stepped up. If it does get built, the next question will be around the financing terms. Will Symrise end up owning most of the company?
