Increasing capacity by a factor of 10, and promising 10x the sales are two different things.  I don't recall seeing anywhere that the company implied the extra capacity was already contracted for.

Your valuation is simple at best.  $0.26 is only looking at EPS and ignoring assets, goodwill, etc.

As for Fabrice, I never knew he had a good reputation.  I always assumed people knew his picks pop right before they drop. 

Small cap investing can be tough and take a long time to play out.  Hence the outsized returns if things work out.  Not many small caps can even pull of net income of $18K on $10 million of quarterly revenue.

All things in perspective.
