If CZO could already extract better than anyone, there was minor risk in pursing ahead of time versus massive rewards. Seems like a bad call to me if this is true that they passed on the chance to pursue such an opportunity.

It wasn't legal and CZO said it likes to invest without the risk it may never be legal which could wipe out the investment. CZO isn't dependent on marijuana as other companies and has a pipeline of other investment opportunities without the lgal risk. Now that it is legal let's see if they move forward.
