Difficult to get a handle on the value of partnership milestone payments when we haven't seen one.

I'm sure Ceapro had to approve the report and the author has a reputation at stake as well. Gilles has been non promotional for years so could this be seen as possibility in his modelling for how he believes licencing of chemical complexes will evolve? He is entering $billion dollar markets.

I took the numbers with a grain of salt and it appears the market is waiting for the first commercial agreement to gage those projected numbers.
