Ceapro % Ownership

Ceapro % OwnershipIn 2019 I wrote at this point that it is possible to buy Ceapro cheaply. WHY?
After the agreement with AVAC and the end of the 4-month holding period,
1,288,149 shares came onto the market.
Oats - I have met Gagnon personally in the past and I am convinced of him.
However, should Ceapro go in a direction that we as shareholders do not like,
it is worth considering exercising voting rights in the interests of the shareholders.
Nobody at this point is happy about the current information policy -
but maybe it is necessary in the sense of Ceapro ?!
It is a mystery to me how, under the current circumstances, a note on a
U.S. Stock exchange is to be sought.
According to my information, a minimum note of $ 1.00 is required.
So you will definitely not be able to strive for a note under $1.20 US.
That in turn implies a note of around c$ 1.60 !
A stock split e.g. 1:3 is also out of the question, as the liquidity would then be even more restricted.
But maybe I am misinformed and the terms and conditions for listing stocks on a U.S. stock exchange have recently changed.
But maybe Gilles also sees something really big in the future of Ceapro?
