Sending out voting info with the control numbers could have been a deliberate ploy to entice anxious shareholders to call Morrow. That would give them a chance to persuade voters to change NO to yes votes. Or accidentally record votes incorrectly. Everything is electronic and once you voted it is in the system, for Morrow to say otherwise is underhanded and an attempt to get you to call them and to change your mind.
