chucky, I would agree, the company has been too quiet. If there was bad news, I have to think that it would have been disclosed by now.  The company has done a great job of keeping all Stakeholders in the dark and guessing but the end result is no "loose lips".  Obviously, we have to be close to some disclosure.

In the past financials have been released earlier in a "matter of fact" way.  It looks like the financials this time are being released on the last possible day (next Monday) to meet reporting requirements. Hopefully there are lots of positive developments to report out, thus the longer than usual time in publishing a NR. I had expected something yesterday, won't even speculate

Late filing could be due to COVID.

Bad news only get disclosed on earnings releases as excuses for poor performance.

I should add that most bad news is never disclosed. Many of these small cap co.s are quick to press release new initiatives, trials, etc. but when they fall through there is never a press release advising shareholders that they failed.
