Nothing wrong with shareholders who are unhappy to use their votes to send a message. Healthy for a corporation in my opinion.

While the chair and one director barely squeaked by over 50%, the results are a clear indication of shareholder sentiment. I have never seen a vote like this in my years of small cap investing. I think a good step would be an open letter to board members and GG that the chair and  Oborowsky must resign, or they will all be turfed at the next annual meeting.  I voted and hold shares

WC, The writing is clearly on the wall. Gilles should do the right thing and find replacements: perhaps the 2 board members will resign rather than face the embarassment of being voted out next year, unless of course one of CZO's pipeline products become a reality instead of just a pipe dream (and all is forgiven).

The voting went as well as could be hoped. Close enough to send a clear message that a directorship in not a right and shareholders must be given some respect. So lets see if we get a bit more action and an improvement in communication before next AGM.
