The vote should send a message

Board needs to reflect on its membership and relationship with ALL shareholders .... and have it figured out prior to the next AGM. If Gilles is golden he is thinking about his team and keeping it focused on this year's targets and the road ahead. Onwards and upwards!

We are the owners our money is at risk it is the very foundation of the system that control of and responsibility for the fate of the company rests with those whose money is invested. All this bullsiit about never questioning the functionaries that are hired to run OUR company are the senseless ramblings of an addled brain. If you want to be beholding to the powers of ...more

Governance can be a problem with smaller co when BOD and mgmt dont have alot of skin in the game (total less than 10% but I am sure the fact man has the exact number).  In fact no shareholder does.   What they own is a pittance and hardly bestows special consideration or treatment. Proph had his WH analogy backwards and running a business is not a democracy.
