I had informed Paul about CZO and that Ronnie Miller had joined recently. I said that CZO has a profitable base business with major clients and that it is undervalued on this basis alone. I said that it had a number of catalysts before it. It is good to see that Paul is now not only a shareholder but an excited shareholder and that he has now done an interview.

It usually takes 90 days for Health Canada to give the green light for the avenanthramide clinical trial. We are simply waiting. Gilles appears positive based on conversations. Hopes it is a Phase I into a Phase IIa approved study that helps test efficacy. Phase I hoped to be initiated in Q4. University of Alberta bioavailability study expected in September. This could lead to a licensing deal

The BG pill failed, should have been in liquid form. So why do they think an AVN pill won't fail too?

My 2 cents worth: They already have positive results where AV was used in cookies that reduced inflammation in a study of downhill runners. I would believe that the mechanism for removing ldl is quite different than reducing muscle inflammation wrt how the active ingredient works. Lastly lessons learned from BG pill must have been considered when moving towards this high purity pill.

Thanks, some good points. ALSO in the video he mentions a cash position of over $10,000,000 at the end of q1 (which generated 1.3 milloin in cash) we were at $8,781,752....SOOOO I think Q2 was very good

Trials are often trial-and-error. The beta glucan trial may not been so much a failure as part of the trial-and-error process that ruled the pill form out. A liquid form would appear to do the trick based on other recent human results; but CZO has put that on the backburner for now given its other immediate pursuits. An update from McMaster concerning fibrosis is hoped for this summer leading to a potential clinical trial. The bioavailability study results are expected in September leading to a potential licensing deal. 3rd highest volume in a year, alongside Q1 earnings release and Q2 should be out in a few weeks.  I would say at this time it's too premature for any BNN coverage. A commercial deal may be a good time to highlight the merits of this mircocap as it'll just be scratching the surface for the potential of the company.
