If I could run 5X faster than the competition...

Imagine that...

What if PGX-YBG is 5X more immune stimulative than the competition in human cell-lines and that data is corroborated with a head-to-head animal trial.

November 29, 2024 news release:
"Protocol designed for a head-to-head study in animals for testing immune properties of PGX-YBG against a commercial formulation."

What if only a fraction of the dose is required and PGX-YBG also has the highest purity.

And what if CZO now has the money to deliver a plant as PGX-YBG is being scaled up with Natex. There is also significant tax loss carryforwards and now a potential European footprint. And what if a PGX-YBG/CoQ10 parnter is also signed who understands bioavailability as a unique selling point.

Heres an idea. If you run a compnay for over 10 years and fail to make your shareholdes one single nickle while making yourself millions you are a usless POS and should be fired immediatly by any resposible BOD. The very BOD  who are there to champion share holder interests. If your BOD doesnt have your back vote them out. We have that power ,or we can just let Gilles steal from us for ...more

Add to that his tenure at AEZS where as CEO the share price dropped 80% and when he returned as a board director in 2020 the share price dropped another 96%. Why would you want any part of Gilles or Gilles combined with AEZS.

CZO's stock price was $.095 when Gilles became President and CEO. The stock is now $.24. It's up 152.6% and now it is before a number key catalysts in very large markets.  Ya I have no words for that comment except to say  Vote NO to a stupid merger unless you want to listen to this idiot tell you in another 12 years that a price of 60 cents a share is a good return for you 24 ...more

With the disruptive potential of PGX as a delivery system in $B markets, a capable CEO could have easiy turned this into a $250 - $500M company.  Here it sits a valuation of: cash + P/S of .75 + 0 for PGX. Opportunity cost and lost.

Let's not forget the shareholder value destruction he imparted at AEZS at 80% and 96% at 2 separate occasions as CEO and currently as a board member.

Vote no to the merger. If it goes ahead, vote Gagnon off the board next AGM.
Comment by Ciao on Dec 18, 2023 12:18pm
It really needs to be a NO for the merger. Once they merge and diute shares with a financing, it will be harder as a new naive group with cheap paper will be harder to convince.

How much money will CZO have left if this merger fails by the end of the first quarter 2024? Gilles said CZO had $10 million cash in the October presentation. Q4 looks like a significant loss with the ramp-up of the avenanthramide clinical trial, simultaneous PGX scale-up of the 5X and 10X plants, and the costs incurred for this merger. There could be a $500,000 breakup fee for the merger. There ...more

Seriously? THis is your new argument? That Gilles has done such a shyt job of running the company that we have to acquiesce to this deal because he has maneuvered us into a place where if we vote it down we might run out of money.  Vote No lets get this company back

They are trying to pull the wool over our eyes ... they must think some of us are idiots calling it a merger of equals...LOL The NR was carefully crafted to do the following: 1) avoid giving the dollar value for essentially the takeover of CZO based on the share exchange ratio which was about $20M CDN (and this is after the 33% one month runup of AEZS's share price and where CZO's share ...more

Pure fear mongering, this was just 2 weeks before this proposed sham of a merger, “While the base business has been significantly impacted during the first nine months of 2023 due to various economic factors and organizational changes in one major customer, we remain in a solid financial position and will continue to focus our efforts on the development of new products and technologies using cash ...more

Gagnon has neglected the base business and focused on this BS merger.
Comment by Tencents on Dec 18, 2023 5:10pm
Does it not look like czo realized the base business is not coming back , new products and customers would only happen ( if ever) after the 10 m ran dry Hence the merger was  a lifeline in the hope something came from aezs diagnostic product

Look at GG's paid supporter now completely singing a different tune. Since when do we need to worry about CZO's financials and base business revenues that you have said is due to GG's business acumen? No longer eh? I'll be voting NO on the merger and later in the AGM as well. If GG had any honor, he'd resign after shareholders of both corporation vote NO on this merger - can ...more

"I'll be voting NO on the merger and later in the AGM as well."   Show us the expected cash at the end of Q1 and the best way forward given the costs of the avenanthramide clinical trial, the simultaneous 5X/10X PGX scale-up and need to support a potential PGX partnership, the need for money for the fibrosis trial, and for a wound healing partnership. Where is the money ...more

First the breakfee is isually in favor of the purchaser in a merger to protect the buyer from the seller seeking competing bids once a deal is done. It isnt clear how the break fee would work in this deal. Who is the buyer? Second Ronnie has never shown himself to be a friend of shareholders. When he bothers to show up at all he is all in for Gilles. Third as CZO has potential but has never ...more

Ronnie Miller might as well be a mannequin wearing an I LOVE GILLES t-shirt. He's a faded star turned yes-man who for some reason has abdicated professional objectivity in order indulge Gilles Gagnon's hobbies -- sorry, "pipelines".
