two questionsFirst the news that they got the OPEX down to $80 a ton is good news but the news report has no details on how this was done; I think the previous OPEX reduction had some details about this. Does anyone have any info about how they managed to get the $8 savings?
Secondly some people have said that they expect no further news from Arianne until the government gives the permits, presumably early September. But before that, mid-August if I'm not mistaken, shouldn't we hear the final report from BAPE recommending the permits be handed out? Or is this final report confidental?
Thanks
Alex
