I believe this time you should not be whining...
It is clear to me you just don't go with a Proco announcement without probably a bigger plan. Why would you just announce that you have a MOU with a local building construction company.
Think a bit - why would you announce Proco if you don't have work done on other parts of the project? If so, they would be real losers, and I am sure it's not the case.
Why would you kick the can with that news if nothing else? My bet is that there is more to come, probably similar for other parts of the project.
As far as the SP, that was a nice run up and I must say it held well considering the volume and profit taking.
One would think that you want to get a kick at the can in a way that you make some annoucements in a way that your SP won't go to the roof to just come back down...
I might be wrong or naive, however, if right, then that means more news are around the corner and finally, things are moving in the right directlon toward funding and construction...
